Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

PhuBuySell LLC offers two types of services: product sales (through our eBay storefront) and consulting sessions. Each has its own refund rules, described below.

1. eBay Purchases

All product purchases are fulfilled through our eBay storefront at ebay.com/usr/phubuysell and are governed primarily by eBay's Money Back Guarantee and our listed return terms on each item.

• Return window: 30 days from delivery for most items, unless otherwise noted on the listing.
• Condition: items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging where applicable.
• Return shipping: buyer pays return shipping unless the item was not as described, damaged, or defective. In those cases we cover the return shipping.
• Refunds: issued via the original payment method through eBay once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Consulting Services

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. We want to be fair about this:

• Before the call: cancellations with 24+ hours of advance notice are fully refundable if the session was prepaid.
• Inside 24 hours: a 10-minute minimum fee applies to late cancellations to cover reserved time.
• First 2 minutes: if, within the first 2 minutes of the call, either party determines it's not a good fit, no charge applies.
• Completed sessions: non-refundable.

3. Disputes

If you believe a charge or a transaction was handled incorrectly, please email us first at email@phubuy.com. We aim to respond within one business day and resolve issues directly whenever possible.
