By accessing or using the PhuBuySell LLC website ("the Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

PhuBuySell LLC ("we," "us") is a Virginia limited liability company formed on March 10, 2023. We operate a reselling business that sells collectibles, memorabilia, and pop-culture merchandise primarily through our eBay storefront, and we offer paid reselling consultation services billed by the minute.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Site's operation, or use it to transmit harmful code.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product photography, is the property of PhuBuySell LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
5. Purchases
Product purchases are completed through our eBay storefront and are subject to eBay's policies in addition to these terms. Any dispute regarding a purchase should follow eBay's Money Back Guarantee process first.
6. Consulting Services
Consulting services are provided as general information and strategic guidance based on our experience as an active reseller. We make no guarantees regarding earnings, platform performance, or business outcomes. Consulting sessions are billed by the minute at the rate posted on our Consulting page at the time of booking.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhuBuySell LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
